For artists and shops:

• Portfolio images, tattoo styles and experience
• Business details (name, address, phone, VAT number)

3.3 User Content

• Posts, images, messages, comments, and interactions

3.4 Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, device information, log data

3.5 Location Data

• Approximate or precise location (only if user consents via browser)

3.6 Billing Data

• Email and transaction metadata processed via Stripe
• Payment details are never stored by InkRadar

• Aggregated and anonymized usage data (via Plausible Analytics)

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data based on:

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS encryption, access control, and secure authentication (Supabase). However, no system is completely secure.
